The Forum of Italian American Educators (FIAME) is dedicated to celebrating and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Italian American educators while promoting excellence in education. FIAME’s mission is to foster pride in Italian American traditions, advocate for the recognition of Italian contributions to academia and society, and support educators in their professional growth. Through scholarships, mentorship programs, and cultural events, FIAME encourages the next generation of educators and students to embrace their heritage while striving for high-quality instruction and academic success. The organization also serves as a network for Italian American educators to collaborate, share best practices, and uplift one another in their careers.
